Why Move to Glenhurst?
Glenhurst Subdivision, located in the picturesque suburbs of Johns Creek City, 16 miles north of Atlanta, comprises 166 single family homes and was incorporated in 1996. The neighborhood boasts two newly surfaced tennis courts, a brand new tennis pavilion, swimming pool and pool house and a children's playground.
Glenhurst residents enjoy high standards of properties and amenities and whilst property prices have fallen in Georgia, Johns Creek has fared better in comparison to surrounding cities and towns, for example, Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth and Norcross.
One of the top reasons that home buyers choose Glenhurst is the excellence of its local schools. Johns Creek schools are some of the highest academically in the nation and have been awarded with prestigious awards. In 2007 Johns Creek was recognized as one of the "Top 25 Places To Live To Go To School" by Relocate America, a national community directory.
